Deep groove ball bearing cage fracture belongs to the occasional non-normal failure modes, causes us to NSK bearing analysis from the following five aspects cage fracture.
1, deep groove ball bearing lubrication problem: NSK bearings running at a lean, easy to form adhesive wear, so the work surface condition deteriorated, adhesive wear tear easy to enter the cage, cage produced abnormal loads, is likely to cause fracture of cage.
2, deep groove ball bearing creep phenomenon: creep sliding phenomenon of multiple rings, in coordination with the surface excess is insufficient, because the sliding to the loading point to move around, ring relative to the shaft or shell to the circumference of location deviation phenomenon.
3, deep groove ball bearing retainer material defects: cracks, different metallic inclusions, large shrinkage, bubbles and riveting defects out of nails, nail or two and a half retainer with the pad surface voids, serious damage are likely to cause fracture of cage.

5, deep groove ball bearings of hard foreign bodies penetrated outside hard foreign bodies penetrated, exacerbated by the cage wear and abnormal additional load, also has the possibility to cause fracture of cage.
