5, the plastic deformation: pits uneven appearance of raceway and roller contact surface of SKF bearing, the bearing to produce plastic deformation. 6, bearing ring crack: causes of bearing ring crack may be bearing too tight, loose bearing foreign or inner ring bearing tolerance, deformation, surface processing and installation of bearing failure.
7, cage fragmentation: the reason is lack of lubrication, rolling crush, seat tilt.
8, to maintain the metal adhesion frame in the rolling body, may cause is the rolling was stuck in a cage or lack of lubrication.
9, ring raceway of serious wear: may be in the race into the foreign body, lack of lubricating oil or lubricating oil is not suitable.
The reason is a serious lack of grease or oil dry aging. Because of the high-speed motor friction heat, resulting in bearing high temperature oxidation discoloration, the performance of the SKF bearings ball, cage, inner ring and shaft neck, brown or blue.
