In General, to control the noise of NSK bearings, one must look at the root of these noise countermeasures, to receive the root effect. Main ways are:
(1) select a cylindrical roller bearing with low noise;
(2) avoid resonance with the host, to avoid resonance sensitive speed;
(3) from the application areas of cylindrical roller bearings to eliminate noise;
(4) when the other method does not work, take additional measures for sound insulation and noise.
When the NSK bearing temperature rise, first determine whether the malfunction, if it rises, should be dealt with as follows:
Check the cooling water pressure, flow and pipe systems are normal. Low water pressure may be filter clogged, not processed in time, downtime, when the confirmation work, again put into use.
Speed Governor oil pressure should be checked, if oil pressure may cause the cooling water of hydraulic valve to close.
Check the NSK bearing for any abnormal noise, and detect whether the swing of cylindrical roller bearings have exceptions.
Take oil samples observed oil color changes, and for tests to see if bad. If confirmed when the deterioration, new oil should be down for replacement.
Oil check oil level is normal, if normal, check that the tank Vent valve is secure. If you have secure, should oil supplement, if seal gasket oil leakage should stop processing.
